From the flaky, buttery leave-you-wanting-more pastry to the gourmet fillings made from scratch (don’t worry, they do a classic beef one for the traditionalists too), homemade sauces and the fact the pies are baked fresh on-site, there’s nothing ordinary about a pie from The Pie Mechanic. 

Squeeze into this tiny but wonderfully productive artisan bakery and takeaway (and eat in for just a couple of lucky people).

You may well find a line outside, but you can take a stool and munch away on the footpath.  It's worth a short wait!
